The Lofts in Venice Beach are four interconnected spaces built around a private courtyard, with a front patio opening onto Ocean Front Walk. The layout supports a seamless event flow - arrivals, check-in, programming, dining, cocktails, activations, and outdoor gathering - all shaped with intention.

Spaces
Largest oceanfront unit and the primary event space. Ideal for dinners, wellness programming, and larger gatherings — main bar, dinner service, or headline programming. Capacity ~300
Middle oceanfront unit; best for art, brand installations, and receptions, with strong wall space and controlled lighting. Capacity ~250.
Intimate oceanfront hospitality unit, ideal for private events, VIP use, green rooms, and smaller dinners or controlled guest access. Includes multiple residential-style amenities. Capacity ~175
Studio unit, ideal for meetings, programming, staff operations, green rooms, or production offices. Guest experiences. Capacity ~200

Every event is custom, so pricing depends on which loft or lofts you book, your guest count, timing, and any add-ons or production support. Submit an inquiry with your details and we'll put together a tailored quote

It depends on how many lofts you book. On its own, each loft holds roughly 175 to 300 guests — Loft 1 (~300), Loft 2 (~250), Loft 4 (~200), and Loft 3 (~175, ideal for intimate gatherings and VIP use). Bring all four together for a full-property takeover and you can scale well beyond that. A parking garage attached to the venue keeps arrivals easy no matter the size of your event — just share your headcount when you inquire and we'll help plan the flow.
